Cancelling An Appointment

 

Cancelled appointments

We realise that sometimes it is unavoidable and that you may need to cancel your appointment with us.  We would ask that you advise us as early as possible but at least 24 hours in advance so that if possible we can we can reallocate the time to another patient.  Failure to do so will result in a full fee being charged.

We recommend telephoning to cancel an appointment if less than 24 hours notice as opposed to emailing as we may not read your email immediately.

We will make every effort to remind you that you have an appointment, but please do not rely on us to do so.

Please inform us of any change to your contact details to ensure you receive your appointment reminders.

 

New Patients:

Any new patient who fails to attend or cancels their appointment without 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.
